Demolition
We can provide decommissioning of plants, silos, towers, bridges, steel, buildings and structures. Included in our services we provide well trained operators, total building demolition/site clear.
Selective Demo
Includes selective demolition services of interior/exterior work on buildings, structures, and commercial properties.
Flat Sawing
Cutting up to 12" thick concrete and asphalt. Upon request we have the capability to cut up to 20" thick concrete and asphalt. All equipment is updated for clean air standards. We use clean burning gas and electric saws. Both available for indoor and outdoor cutting applications.
Hand Sawing
Used to cut in difficult access areas to a depth of 5 1/2". Handsaws available in gas, hydraulic and eclectic powered.
CONCRETE
We can provide both concrete removal and placement of flatwork, slabs, sidewalks, footings, and structural slabs.
Specialty concrete services we provide include epoxy injection, joint seal, and pressure grouting.
Concrete Cutting and Breaking
We have a full array of breaking equipment from pneumatic/electric jackhammers, chipping guns. We also have hydraulic rams on bobcats, backhoes, and excavators.
Core Drilling
1/2" to 48" diameter hole cuts in slabs or walls to any depth for any purpose. OCD, Inc. drills for handrails, conduits, gas/water lines, HVAC ducts and guard posts.
Wall Sawing
1/2" to 48" diameter hole cuts in slabs or walls to any depth for any purpose. OCD, Inc. drills for handrails, conduits, gas/water lines, HVAC ducts and guard posts.
Chainsaw/ Ringsaw
We use diamond-edge chainsaws and we can cut up to 15" deep openings and as small as 6"squares with no over cuts.
Speacialty Services
Post tension cable exploratory work. We expose post tension cables and locate for concrete removal areas such as elevator openings, stair case openings, ramps, removal of patios, and exposure for repair work. Upon request we can provide reliable engineering and services to cut, repair, replace and re-tension cables as needed for your project needs.
